Rebekka Friedli born in 1989, lives and works in Bern, Switzerland. Holding a BA in Film from the Zurich University of the Arts and an MA of Fine Arts from the Lucerne School of Art and Design she developed her own personal practice focusing on videos and video installations. Her artistic work suggests a translation of metaphorical concepts into audiovisual experiences to reveal perceptions and evaluations hidden in everyday language.

She is co-founder of Kollektiv Beton, an artist duo exploring immersive formats between cinema and video art. Her work has been exhibited in national art museums, public spaces, galleries and festivals in Switzerland and internationally.
